  Good in a pinch but probably the worst McDonalds in the area. The service is really rough and I have had drive-thru people be very rude. The food is decent but there have been multiple times that I have come here and ended up paying for food that they forgot to give me. The wait is also always very long.

  Last night I went to the Broadway location. Is was during a busy time however, literally 28 minutes after I ordered my food I still had not gotten my food. The waiting room was full of people complaining about the same thing. I had to get to a meeting so I left because getting anyone to the counter was quite impossible. I decided to go back after my meeting. I explained to the manager what I did and he did fill the order again. However driving home while I eas eating. The nuggets I orders were a mix of really cold and really hot. My guess is there was not enough so they had to wait to cook more. My soda had almost no ice and was almost flat but not quite. And my cheeseburger had about 3 times more ketchup than it should have. This was really frustrating I paid $13 and was so disappointed.

  How.....does this location miss an item EVERY SINGLE TIME. whether ordering in person, delivery via doordash or others..... it never fails. They always miss stuff. Its super annoying.

  So sad an elderly man stood and stood to get waited on. Easter Sunday. No one in drive thru and only me in line behind him. Several (4) workers standing around talking. Definitely looked over at us several times. One worker walked out with his own meal and sat down to eat. After I spoke up to him to see if they still took orders he got up and walked back and I guess said something. They finally waited on him then walked off. I had to ask again so that I could get waited on. An uber driver came in and said you can never get waited on here. She had to get all the food rebagged because it was bagged improperly. So sad!!! You should take pride in your work when serving the public. I serve also and I could never be so unaware of my surroundings and customers.

  The guy that gave us our food was so disrespectful and rude. Treated us like an inconvenience for being there. Handed us our order and I noticed my fries were just thrown in the bag completely upside down. They forgot 2 drinks and we still only left with one. I’m just going to go to Burger King next time. I wanna know how I’m over qualified to work here if the people here can’t do simple shit. Or be respectful. go somewhere else.
