  Can’t rate the food because we never got any. We were there at 7:30 and there was a long line of people waiting to order. We waited in line for 10 minutes when someone asked the guy making food what was taking so long and he said there were a lot of door dash orders. That’s the last time he looked at us. People started leaving. We stood at the counter for another 15 minutes watching them making orders for door dash while ignoring the people waiting in line. There were only 3 guys working and I get they were busy but they did not look at any customers standing at the counter or seem in any hurry to make the orders they already had. They kept checking the computer for more online orders. There was garbage and wrappers and chicken buckets on the floor in the prep area. We finally left. Worst franchise experience I have ever had.

  Went into the location, yall had 3 people on, and a 4th stumbled in with a scowl on her face right before I left. At 10:59 I bought the $9 Luxe Box, on 2/12/26 for take out, brought it home and that was my first mistake. The Dorito taco was cold and broken once I got it out of the wrapper, whatever. The normal taco, was once again, cold, and the taco shell was stale, couldn't even eat it. Now the Grilled Cheese Steak Burrito was the worst. First off all the cheese stuck to the wrapper, so much for the grilled part, the whole thing was cold, took 2 bites and couldn't even stomach the rest. At about 1:15 I threw up the small amount I ate. I can no longer trust this place is giving good food, and would just recommend the Hogan rd location. If I couldve given 0 stars. I would have.

  I paid for a taco. Not 1/8th of one. Ridiculous. Not only that, we had to go back thru the drive thru because they didn’t put one of our meals on there. Flattest taco I’ve ever seen where is the rest of my beef?

  I was there on Friday, 12/26. The man taking our order was clearly irritated from the moment he started taking our order at the drive-thru speaker. I recognized his voice right away because he has been rude to us in the past. When I pulled up to pay, he glared at us over his glasses. My debit card had expired and he told me my card was declined. I was surprised and grabbed another debit card, which he aggressively took from my hand. He said, “It’s not my fault you have insufficient funds.” I asked to speak to a manager and he refused to get one so I asked for a manager at the next window. The manager told me she had several complaints about this man and she was sorry. How many complaints does it take before you realize you have an aggressive jerk speaking directly to your customers and representing your company? Do better.
