    I paid for a taco. Not 1/8th of one. Ridiculous. Not only that, we had to go back thru the drive thru because they didn’t put one of our meals on there. Flattest taco I’ve ever seen where is the rest of my beef?

    I was there on Friday, 12/26. The man taking our order was clearly irritated from the moment he started taking our order at the drive-thru speaker. I recognized his voice right away because he has been rude to us in the past. When I pulled up to pay, he glared at us over his glasses. My debit card had expired and he told me my card was declined. I was surprised and grabbed another debit card, which he aggressively took from my hand. He said, “It’s not my fault you have insufficient funds.” I asked to speak to a manager and he refused to get one so I asked for a manager at the next window. The manager told me she had several complaints about this man and she was sorry. How many complaints does it take before you realize you have an aggressive jerk speaking directly to your customers and representing your company? Do better.

    If i could give a neg review i honestly would. A reason why the 17th store! Me and my brother pulled up after working all day to get the number 11 and the combo 9$ meal i get thr chicken instead of beef and got beef 1 burrito instead of the 2 and it was in a ball i called and the maneger did not care! I said i will be going to get a refund tmrw! Then opened my brothers taco and it was thrown in the bag!! I get it we all work and have a job but honestly do better you can not be proud of that work!

    As we walked in, just inside the first door someone had dropped their food,it was outside the box and smooshed. I let the cashier and their supervisor. It was still there when we left. Most,if not all tables were dirty. Bathroom needed trash emptied,and floor done. The scene behind the counter was chaotic. Multiple employees that seemed to constantly be in someone's way,or duplicating orders. I was initially handed two drink cups,one of our drinks needed to be made behind the counter,the other was milk. I returned the cup and reminded him the other drink was milk. He went and got the milk and handed it to me. ( The young man who handled our order was pleasant and clearly trying. ) My granddaughter and I went and sat down. My husband collected our food when it was eventually ready. Ultimately a different young man had started putting it together, and included another milk. BBQ sauce wasn't included. And our granddaughters burrito had to be eaten with a spork, because it hadn't been wrapped correctly and was all over the wrapper. Having worked in fast food and experience doing inspections, lack of training for the person in charge appeared to be the largest factor. ALL employees were constantly busy and were pleasant. If the restaurant wants better survey results they need to make sure their staff are supported well to be successful.

    Broadway Bangor location. Not going to lie I get food here more often than I should. They have been consistently going down hill. Tonight I had enough. Supreme tacos weren't supreme, missing sauce, tastes like starry needs to be changed out back too. Kid that handed us the bag of food was nice everything else was disappointing. The line moved quicker tonight than other times I've gone through. I would have gladly waited to receive correct food.
