Waited at the speaker for 15 minutes no one ever answered and sat in the drive through for over a hour and a half still not even at the window yet. I understand being understaffed but this is the worse I’ve seen for a fast food place. Cars were wrapped around ther building we counted 23 cars leaving so far because of anger. If I didn’t order on my app and already pay I would have left 20 minutes in. Very unhappy and I can speak for the people infront and behind me since we had to much time to talk. Honestly I don’t know how this store is still opened. After a hour of sitting we called and asked what was going on the man that answered responded with we take care of DoorDash first and worry about drive through second. After now being here for a hour and forty five minutes we are leaving even though we placed an online order and payed we are not sitting here for a total of 2 hours. Highly disappointed this place won’t last long.
