  What is going on with wait times at this location? Small order between two people in a short line and everytime we are in drive through for 45 minutes. With the amount of people who just leave before their food is ready should be enough for management to see theres an issue. Adjustments need to be made.

  Went through the drive through today wanting only one thing. The AI voice asked me to order, I did and said "that's all" the voice then asked me if I wanted to add nacho fries, I said "no I literally said that's all I wanted" and then some guy came through the speaker and said "excuse me sir, the AI is just doing it's job, it's programmed to ask that so drop the attitude" First off, I wasn't even being rude. I literally pulled up to order one drink and then leave. Second off, it's an AI robot menu screen asking for my order. I wasn't pulling an attitude with any actual worker, but the guy working decided to intervene and get involved for no reason to give ME an attitude because he got offended on behalf of an AI robot menu program that asks people what their order is. Totally ridiculous. I already disliked the AI menu, especially since it hounds you to add extra items even though you say "this is the only thing I want." I ended up just leaving. Never giving my money to that place after that.

  I got the worst salmonella poisoning of my life from this place and now I’m absolutely traumatized to ever go back to another Taco Bell ever again. Do not go here unless you want to be hospitalized

  We had a large order and it was put together correctly. However, I had to wait 25 minutes for the food. There is no way to place your order with a person. Not in the drive thru and you are required to order at a kiosk inside. I needed help, asked an employee and was told to use the kiosk. Funny story, needed help with the kiosk. Another customer was kind enough to assist me.

  Haven't been to Taco Bell in over 2 years, very unpleasantly surprised at their ineffective use of AI to greet customers in the drive-thru only to have an actual employee take over when it doesn't work. The food was edible, but the use of AI in a fast food establishment of all places left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will not be returning.
