Almost every morning at least one sandwich from Oldtown is hard and not edible. They always replace it without issues except the wait B4 work makes it so we have to leave early to anticipate the issue. Broadway we use roughly twice a week once in the morning and once at night for the kids, the wait is always long, in the past month I have received a cheese burger wrapped in my mc chicken wrapper, sausage egg and cheese missing the egg, a bacon egg & cheese mc griddle with only bacon on it, no egg or cheese, ordered a double cheese burger and receive a plain cheese burger. I have called several times & left my order numbers, my name and my phone number. I've never been contacted or acknowledged. It wouldn't be to big a deal except the wait makes it so I have to rush to work and don't have time to check my food let alone have it fixed. Union st. Has never had any issues the food is fresh, fast and service is excellent.
