The woman Mgr was nasty & rude regarding this maybe do your job & get in touch with franchise owner/ corporate to remedy this. I'll not go back there as Rats carry serious disease!! Got the “large” coffee which was the size of a small to medium coffee in a large cup. I said “that's not a large it’s maybe about a medium” to be told that was because there was no whipped cream in it. I buy these all the time so I know what they look like. She took the coffee back because she forgot to put whipped cream on it. So I ended up with a half full frozen coffee in a large cup and the other half of the cup was filled with whipped cream. I’m sick of wasting my money at this location so I won’t be going back here. Save your money and go to some other Dunkin’s as this place is the pits! Plus I got no receipt.
