  I used to go to chipotle multiple times a week when I lived around the store. But since I moved away. I make it a point to stop in and get some food when I am in town. I ordered 2 double meet and cheese burritos for basically $30. There is no way you can justify this burrito as costing $15. I don’t think I will ever be back. This is atleast the second or third time that I have ordered pickup and not gotten close to my moneys worth.

  This is by far one of the worst Chipotle locations around. Clearly it is poorly managed as they regularly mess up orders. Today alone, they just didn’t fill one third of the kids meal for my daughter (left the spot completely empty) and added cheese to a bowl when cheese was not requested. Chipotle customer service refused to do anything about it. Avoid this location.

  For over 3 years, every time I order a bowl with fajita veggies I don’t get any. I try again in 6 months, still no veggies, while it’s clear they were ordered! The clincher to make me finally post was the 2 tablespoons of pinto beans in my bowl. Really? They are that unprofitable you can only include 2 tablespoons. Done with Bangor Chipotle FOREVER.

  I don’t usually leave reviews but I placed an online order and recieved my order and the name on the bag was correct but the name on the bowl was not. I opened the bowl to see if they placed the wrong sticker and the bowl contents were completely wrong as well. So I went back inside and tried to get it changed and I eventually did receive a new bowl and the lid looked like it was smushed in and no name was on it. I opened it again and again it was completely wrong. I then took that bowl back in to get it changed again and then was given a different bowl and promised it was correct this time and then went and checked again and it wasn’t. I ate it although 4 different ingredients were wrong. The food itself was good. I just want to get what I paid for and not have to spend an extra 30 minutes trying to get the right bowl and eventually having to settle for what I didn’t buy because of time
