  Just left before even being seated. Listened to an employee berate a customer who was upset about a long wait time on a Togo order. The customer asked for a manager and was refused by the employee who then tried to take a poll of all of us that were there waiting to see if the customer was being rude. The customer asked to cancel his order multiple times and for a refund and was refused multiple times and was refused multiple times for a manager. Absolutely unprofessional staff. I get they are busy, but the employee response was ridiculous. It's sad as the night manager is one of my favorite people to see when I go in there. I definitely won't be back in there especially with my family anytime soon.

  I should be able to order food without receiving a very disrespectful attitude from almost all the staff. I waited over 30 minutes until I got my food and watched many people before me still waiting to be seated.

  Waited 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, tried to use the reach out form, the button doesn't work on 3 separate computers on 2 networks. It is likely store management will do nothing to directly fix or address this because 30 minutes late is acceptable by their standards. Store needs corporate intervention, or members of management that can actually deliver performance.

  Great experience! Our order was a bit late so the manager gave us our meal for free, absolute G!

  Took over an hour to get our food, but manager apologized and cut 50% off our bill and the food was worth the wait!
