  Not the greatest had 4 works look at me standing around waiting to place an order and over 5 minutes went by before I got helped and they a lady who was already busy washing tables and bringing food to outside orders. Stop what she was doing to help me while they stood there and did nothing but watch me wait when no one else was waiting at the counter. @augusta location

  Twice in a row they screwed up my order. Gave me the wrong order entirely the first time. Second time they didnt put meat on my sandwich. Contacted them. Still waiting to hear back after a week

  Placed mobile order for breakfast at 10:02 got there at 10:35 to pick up order and they cancelled it in front of us stating breakfast was over. Mind you breakfast ended at 10:30 and the order was placed at 10:02. No- sorry for the inconvenience or sorry we wasted your time. Rude!

  Placed mobile order and waited over 45 minutes for it. When I asked after waiting this long I was presented with an attitude from the employee who intern was backed up with an even bigger attitude from the manager! Very unprofessional! I also am a manager for a restaurant that deals with people’s food orders and I would never come at a customer like this nor would I allow my employee under me to do the same!! Do better!
