I just learned I can add lettuce and tomato for no extra charge to my biggie bag..
My fries and chicken nuggets were hot and fresh. The crew worked together well. Very impressed with today's visit

Drive thru order. Was missing a bunch of things and took FOREVER (all sauces, dressing for salad, a chili, plastic utensils for frosties and salads)... & the staff thought it was just so funny that they left out most of the order. & we watched one of the staff spill a bunch of frozen fries while they were making more, into the cooked fries so some future customer will have raw frozen fries. ridiculous. Side note, this Wendy's has salads for full price that are half of the size of what is advertised and what other locations carry.

This Wendy’s is always closed before it’s listed hours. When they are open, they’re out of stuff. They need to either update their online hours, or not close early.

I had a bad experience with the general manager.... she didnt want to give me my receipt for an order she charged me but was too angry to make and on top of that was just a uncomfortable experience overall.... I dont like how the other employee who worked with her also made terrible remarks and insulted me because I asked for proof of void and receipt woth proof... it was terrible service not happy

Been standing in the lobby for half an hour now, and have not seen a single person. I ordered a mobile order before I even headed here. If I could figure out how to get a refund on the app I would have already left. Not a single other person has come in. It’s a small breakfast order for one person. The place smells like sewage. Absolutely disgusting.
