    Jameson like the whiskey gave me some of the best customer service I have ever had in a drive thru last night. This guy needs a raise had a great attitude served me with a smile when I know most people working fast food were probably upset they were having to work New Year’s Eve he seemed so happy to be there and like he genuinely enjoyed his job.

    Oh how the mighty have fallen. Dry chicken and cold mac and cheese, even when I dined in. Quesarito was not on point.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. As an avid fan of the franchise Taco Bell, I would say I have a good idea what the common experience is at one. It started when a group of friends and I went to grab food and we grab the door handle at 10:40 and it was locked. The door said the lobby closed at 11. Confused but understanding we get into the car to go through the drive-thru, and the worker seemed to be disengaged taking our order. Then the person that ignored us at the door came to take our order and came to the window and gave us dirty looks. As the handed out the most watered down baja blast i’ve ever seen. Followed by telling us there were no nacho fries and no freezes at the location after we had already ordered. Then messed up our food multiple times. Extremely disappointed

    They quite literally watered down my Baja blast and closed early, I would rather go to a Taco Bell located in the hostile part of Cuba than eat here again.
