I went in, asked for a refund or the food to be made correctly. To then being threatened with calling the cops immediately after asking for these. After being mistreated for over an hour, I had to resolve this myself through doordash who couldn't get my entire refund. Being in food service management and being treated this horribly is just a PSA for anyone wanting a family experience, or just to be treated like a human being when something gets messed up, you fix it. not blame it on your customers and threaten them.

She did her best to take care of everyone. Fast. Polite. Happy and always smiling. She took the rude customers in stride. Never let them affect her ability to make amazing sandwiches. She has tue knowledge of people twice her age and knows her worth.
