I went in, asked for a refund or the food to be made correctly. To then being threatened with calling the cops immediately after asking for these. After being mistreated for over an hour, I had to resolve this myself through doordash who couldn't get my entire refund. Being in food service management and being treated this horribly is just a PSA for anyone wanting a family experience, or just to be treated like a human being when something gets messed up, you fix it. not blame it on your customers and threaten them.
