Like most other places these days, Mega silly expensive for what you get. Cashier too busy chatting with customer ahead about how busy their perspective work places were during the T-day holiday to get to the next person in line. And no! It wasnt just a couple of words. Was a significant conversation lol!

Consistently good food, not spectacular but good quality. I used to eat here a lot more frequently, but since both the flatbread pizza's and the charged drinks have disappeared I fin myself dining elsewhere usually. I know that it is for all Panera's and not just this location. Bring them back and I'll be a loyal customer again!

This used to be a great place that had homemade breads cookies and bagels but now they parcook everything and it tastes like nothing special.
The store used to smell like fresh baked goods cookies and brewing coffee but now it doesn't smell like anything, you are not greeted with people waiting to take your order your forced to use the kiosk and then see your order on the screen.
While you wait you notice that the place isn't packed like it used to be but you do notice trash everywhere where people used to eat that hasn't been picked up due to staff storage.
Which brings me to why I'm writing this, they have shrunk their menu sizes but raised the prices, removed the fresh bread in favor of premade items, nobody is treating you like your wanted here, they totally disengage with the customers just calling your order when it's done without even giving you eye contact.
Its not my fault that your corporate office made these changes to crush the brand but at least put a smile when you give a person your items! Is that so much to ask for.
When I placed my order for a drink 4 bagels and a cookie, it shouldn't take 15 minutes when you don't see anyone else ordering and all I hear from the workets was talk of who's going on a break. But I feel like it is my fault when I order something from a kiosk and then wait 15 minutes to get the 5 items plus my drink and they work like robots wanting breaks instead of making my order.
I don't recommend you go here if you want value for your money when items are not freshly made, you need to clean off an area yourself to eat because nobody is assigned to clean any tables after they leave, and being very impersonal towards you
Final bill was $22 for what used to be a good place for a variety of goods but now it's a shell of itself trying to sell items that look like the panera I used to enjoy but are actually not especially when you see new items like (the size of Hannaford brownie bites) cheesecake bites but charging almost $3 for one of them. Yikes!
Stay far away.

I am a regular at the Augusta Maine location. I usually go there a few times a week. The customer service there is fantastic and it's always a great experience. The manager Jarred is always there and always very pleasant and helpful. He goes out of his way to make sure each customer gets a 5 Star experience. They have a great team that works there and a great leader that is always working real hard side by side with the employees. Great place to go. Thanks Jarred and the team, keep up the great work, excellent customer service and delicious quality food.
