When we picked up the order it was obvious that they we busy. After getting home, we realized that we had half of our order, along with someone else's. The burgers that we did receive were all wrong. When I called Five Guys to let them know that the order was wrong, the lady that answered immediately asked me to hold before she knew why I was calling. Knowing that they were busy, I said "No problem." Instead of placing the call on hold she set the phone down and told another male employee that there was someone on the phone who wanted to place an order. The male employee then started making comments about how he was tired of customers calling and not using the app to place their orders. Let me reiterate; I placed my order through the app. I was calling because the order was not only wrong, but I received someone's order. When the male employee came to the phone, I confronted him about his comments before telling him about the order. He offered no apology, and told me that it was company policy not to refund customers. The best that he could due was to replace the order tomorrow. Leaving no other option, I agreed to this. After telling the family what had happened when I called, my daughter called back and asked to talk with the manager. The gentleman that she talked with said that we could receive a refund but would need to go back to Five Guys to get it. She drove back there for the refund, which she received, but when she asked for the manager he wouldn't come out of the office. I understand that mistakes happen, and we had a fairly large order, but to talk about a customer, especially when they can hear you is completely inappropriate.

I got a single patty, and that filled me up, so if your starving there is always a double. overall great place.
