I always order a large frozen coffee with a shot of espresso and my cc discount. For some reason today someone decided to put 1 cream and not milk. When they handed it out we both thought it looked rather dark and we left bc people were waiting. It was so awful I ended up pouring it out. $8.14 down the drain as we were well on our way to where we were headed. So heads up check it well BEFORE you leave. Had I read the label I could have handed it back. I really just thought it wasn't mixed well. My mistake for not checking it but I'll never leave another Dunkin without checking the label again.

Espresso machine broken for over a week, ordered hot chocolate, was disgusting with tons of chunky chocolate syrup. Bagel was saturated in butter. Will not be back. This isn’t the first time.

My visit today was very disappointing. Only 3 people working at 8 am on a Monday morning. I waited for a few minutes in the lobby and finally had to ask the workers if anyone was on counter. The gentleman on drive thru said yup that’s me. He came over and took my order. As I waited I watched the 3 staff member’s work. The gentleman working the food station began hacking and coughing into a rag, blew his nose, and went back to making food and wrapping sandwiches. Not only that, he then began to pull food from a trey and eat the food, then continue making food, all without washing his hands and changing gloves. Yuck! I wanted to tell all those poor drive through guests to not eat the food! Very disappointing this franchise can’t properly staff the establishment. I asked where the manager was and I was completely ignored.
