I did so and was politely waiting for the kind African American man who was helping me already, when this middle aged women with no teeth comes up and says in a rude tone "what are you waiting for" i replied with "a door dash order" she claps back with well they pick those up down there. I said "I'm sorry my bad" then stated that she didnt need to be so rude when a white male behind the counter said "if you don't like how we are then dont pick up dashes here" again the African American man apologized for their rude behavior and kindly gave me my order and said that yes most dashers wait at this end of the counter.

He was rude from the moment I pulled up to the speaker and was still trying to yell at me as I was driving away. I'm almost afraid to eat my food wondering if he did anything to it.

Ladies room was quickly unlocked by the gentleman working alone up front. Supplies were needed and were supplied by the ladies working in the employee section. A specific employee!s name is Julie. She went above and beyond to help us out. Unrelated to her normal tasks. So very much appreciated in an embarrassing situation. Happy Holidays to these fine employees!!!
