I ordered 2 shakes, 10 piece nugget and chicken sandwich through drive through. There were 3 cars in front of me. I pulled up to window, paid and was asked to pull forward because they were waiting on my chicken sandwich? Ok...I get it...keeping drive through times low. But at least hand me my shakes. I pull forward and wait...3 cars behind me get their food and drive around me. I decided to pull into a spot and just go in. Thats where the true disgust came in! The dining room floor was littered with fries, dirt and wrappers! I walk up to front counter and no one assisted me. I watched has 3 people scurried to the drive through windows trying to keep up. I saw a dude in plain clothes changing out traps in the kitchen with long greasy hair and no hat on. I watched as what it looked like a manager throw a full drink in an already overflowing trash in plain few of customers near cash out! After nearly 15 minutes of being parked waiting for food someone spoke up and said can you bring this food to the car outside? I said "I'm right here" ... then the "oh I'm so sorrys" came out. The whole time I was at counter...at least 5 minutes no one acknowledged me! What kind of outfit are you running here? I'm no outsider...I did my time at McDonald's, Burger King and Wendy's when I was younger! This was embarrassing!
I was quite disappointed with this Wendy's. The service was slow-there were long lines at the counter and the drive thru, even though there were lots of workers, the dining area was very messy-it felt like you were walking on grease, and it was cold in the dining area, and they didn't get the order correct. They also don't give you a receipt, so you can't go to the Wendy's site to complain

Mobile and drive-thru orders are more important than patrons coming in to dine-In! You'll wait in line for a at least twenty to thirty minutes or longer before someone even asks you for your order! And then when they finally do take you order they apologize for being so backed up because of the mobile and other orders. So don't waste your time going into order or dine-in.

Horrible Wendy's worst customer service i've ever experienced in my life. First time I ever walked into the store, I walked into the night manager berating and demeaning talking down to and swearing at a 18 year old girl who was simply trying to do her job as a doordash driver. That sums up almost every experience I've had there has been just as unpleasant

I usually love Wendy's,but with what I experienced tonight,I will not be back! This is the second time the person who runs the drive through window at night has tried to skim change from us,the first time,we said something at the window, tonight, I paid with a $ 50.00 bill for a $ 30.00 order and I received only $ 17.00 back when it should of been $ 19.00,I went back inside and told them and got my change back,but no apologies or anything. Last night I went there and received French fries that weren't even cooked! Wendy's needs a overhaul on their employees! Please people,when you order from there at night time,be sure to check your change so you don't have to experience what we did!
