  Wait times exceed 20 minutes. I tried to get a refund because I couldn't wait that long. Never got a response. And always check your bag before leaving.

  THIS PLACE SUCKS. They got multiple part of my order wrong AND my crunchy taco was completely crushed. Service was awful and rude. My son is allergic to lettuce, so we specifically asked to have the lettuce removed from the tacos. They did not listen and I in frear of my child’s life could not let him eat his tacos.0/10 DO NOT COME HERE

  50 bucks and it wasn't even edible tossed together so all you eat is fake meat then some lettuce and maybe a bit of cheese later it will be the last time I ever go

  This was the worst experience. I get it you’re busy, but it has taken over 35 minutes for two $7 boxes. Parking lot half empty. Insane. It’s a shame because we generally love this location and the food quality is great. We will reconsider coming back here. Awful. UPDATE: They even got the order wrong. Missing food. Definitely not worth going back. And it took about 45 minutes all in. I wish I were kidding.

  Unless you’re using the app I would avoid this location. Went through the drive through and an automated voice asks me for my app order number. I said I didn’t have one. Still automated - starts to take my order, gets it wrong. I say “no that’s not what I said, I want ___”. Instead of changing it adds more to my order. This continues until I finally just give up and drive away! Never been back and won’t be.
