- JSJim SMar 27, 20261.0Absolutely disappointed with your team, denying my wife the pick two option for chicken avocado melt telling her it's not an option it never has been, then giving us what I can only imagine was the bottom of the pan remants of chicken noodle soup that didn't even fill HALF the container on a bowl of soup order, at what point does common sense kick in and say "yeah, this isn't enough, we should offer another option"? I wasn't home from work for more than 5 minutes when she got back with the to-go order, and saw that embarrassment of an order and drove that container right back to your store so you could make it right, stood there right at the counter waiting for just someone to be at attention to fix this, and decided 10 minutes was enough and just left the bag and container on the counter for you to throw in the trash. I hope the store manager feels a pang of embarrassment when he sees this, it's clearly overdue with how this store operates. I certainly do on your behalf.
