Went through the drivethru, spent nearly 4 dollars on fries that they never included in the bag. Found out on the highway and turned around. The GENERAL MANAGER on duty gave me such a hard attitude about wanting my fries. I understand they dont control the price, but if I'm paying that much for fries at least make sure it ends up in the bag or maybe even a apology of some kind. Not just "Oh, that's all you're upset about?"
Other workers were nice, but DAMN that attitude I got from the GM. I wish that person with all the pins in her hat was there.
In line 45 min. 2 people in front of me. After ordering took 15 min to get my meal. Had to remind my frost. Very very very poor service. I have 2 hrs drive ahead of me. Won't to treat myself birthday dinner . Poor choose place to eat . Many people walked out

My husband was ASSAULTED at this location by an employee!!! There was NO manager to speak of out front, and no one came to my husband's aide!!! The police
should have been called before this even happened!!! When a 'Manager' arrived 10 to 15 minutes later, and another 'person' not identified, arrived from hiding out back; came and asked what happened!!! My husband proceeded to tell her, and was cut off at every point!!! 'I've viewed the footage, that's here nor there!!! There was no assault on you!!! WHAT???!!! Not only were the police NOT called, now you're calling my husband a liar???!!! The employee had to be removed by at least 3 of his fellow employees!!! We did not receive an apology, a refund, in fact we were told not to return again!!! As 'I' was leaving and this 'person' or coward waited until she was closing the door on me, decided it was 'ladylike' to call me a racist!!! I returned with a 'pleasantry' of my own!!! Be safe out there!!!

Went to get my online order around 10:30p Jan 13th, 2026.. received our drinks at window, got told politely by the lady who was working that night, to park, just before that her manager on duty snapped at her and the cook on duty very rudely, watched how the manager was flipping out inside from parking spot, proceeded to wait 35 mins, with two other orders that were waiting for their food. Felt really bad for the drive thru lady, she ended up doing almost everything to get orders out. Food was great. Atmosphere felt hostile, hope it gets talked about.. nobody should have to feel embarrassed, or scared to work.
