Service inside was very slow. I was one person back in line, and it took 8 minutes just to take my order. 5 people working I could see... just slow to get orders together and out for doordashers, and dining. Drive thru was getting orders out quickly... 7-8 orders at least while I waited to give my order. Just need better help in front of store.

The place was very dirty, and the employees were touching the customers’ food with their bare hands. One of them even came back from the bathroom and immediately started handling the fries without gloves 🤮🤮 I left and didn’t eat anymore.

Just went there.. waited 15 minutes to get a snarky drive thru guy telling us they have 3 people working and they'll be with us in a few minutes.. it's been 15 min! Claiming they have a full lobby already. Do better Wendy's! You get paid too much and cost too much too be this inadequate. Needless to say we drove off to findnanother option.. and it's 9pm when we were there... not exactly rush hour...

I stood and waited over 20-30 minutes to order at 1130-1145. I would have gotten quicker service at a full service restaurant, and the only reason I got to order faster was because my toddler who had an appointment up the road was screaming/hungry sick of waiting and a bunch of people walked out/a couple let me cut them. The lady at the front desk was just flooded and it wasn’t her fault, and I basically had to beg for French fries and luckily she expeditiously put our order first (just a kids meal and fries) or it would have been even worse.
The DoorDash orders really should be shut off during this time. They basically get a “fast lane” and get to cut everyone else and don’t have to order with a person, therefore they get their food quicker than the person physically there or in a drive thru which is absolutely ridiculous.
It took me over an hour to get in and out and I was rushing to make it across the street when before walking in I expected to be able to run atleast one other errand.
Yes! Just as we are committed to serving the best quality food every single day, we are committed to serving you during this time.
