Closing down during the middle of the day for two hours is not ok. Taking my order and my money then an hour to let me know this McDonald's randomly closed while making my order is extremely unprofessional and I won't ever be going back to this location or probably any McDonald's after this. I've never seen a chain restaurant just throw their hands up and quit but leave it to Lewiston/Auburn to be the first 🤦🏻♀️ In this area no one wants to work. They work really hard to avoid working around here. Might as well close up like all the American foo

I really just hate it here, management is typically awful with few notable exceptions. The meals take forever to be served, the staff are over burdened and under paid. The location is extremely short staffed.
They will mess up your order on average 50% of the time due to operational stress

Ordered my 2 double cheeseburgers only ketchup and pickles on it and went back in to let them know that it had onions on it. They didn't even listen to what I told them that was wrong. Refused to make my two burgers again and rudely canceled my order. REFUSED to make it for me. The shittiest customer service I have received.

Drive through at this location is an absolute mess. Parking EVERY CAR in waiting spots that don’t actually exist, just to expedite false “out” times is insane. With all waiting spots full and people parked by the door in the exit isle, it just blocks the exit for anyone else. There’s no line and true no reason to park people just so that can all back into each other trying to get out. Stop the madness!! Someone is going to get hurt.
