Had to repeat my order multiple times when in the drive through because she is clearly hard of hearing which i have no actual clue why they would put the person hard of hearing on the headset. I asked for two bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap and got one wrap and asked her to add the other wrap because she miss heard me saying TWO and proceed to tell me I have to go back through the line for something that was her fault. Then I said “wow okay”and was gonna just leave but she had yet to give me my card back I asked for it back this girl proceed to hand me a straw instead of my card, and I had to repeat I need my card multiple time until she finally understood what I was saying. (And no the order didn’t come up on the screen for me!!! So I had no clue she only had one on there.)

He showed compassion and wonderful customer service to my child and I when we came in basically as they were closing. Although I'm sure he was ready to finally finish his day and close up, he made sure my kiddo got what she wanted and that she walked out with a smile on her face...and he did it all with a smile. Which makes this papa bear very happy. Completely restored my faith in Dunkin! Thank you sir.
