  I like Chipotle. This one sucks. Been here for 25 mins waiting for food. It's 7pm on a Saturday. There are currently 14 people in the lobby waiting for food. At least 5 doordashers waiting. They ran out of chicken supposedly. No orders have moved. I have been sitting here for 25 mins and no orders are going out. Restaurant is filthy.

  Absolutely the worst chipotle in America. If food inspectors came here they’d show ur down. Beyond the staff all compiled in the back corner where you can’t see them when there is a huge line they act so inconvenience when they have to work or you know do there job and serve customers. Beyond that trash and food everywhere on the floor every single time I come at night. Instead of replenishing the forks they find it more convenient for every person to walk up and say hi you’re out of forks and they gave 1 by 1.. just unreal!

  The auburn Maine location needs to get their stuff together. I ordered online at waited 15 minutes 5 minutes waiting for my turn and another 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the window to give them my name for my order. Then she didn’t realize what I was getting for a drink and then took her another 2 minutes to get my a drink. Then got home and they didn’t give my my $3 Guacamole I paid for. I called and no one answered. Guess I don’t be ordering online because apparently it’s hard to read a screen and give people what the ordered. Unreal!

  I’ve gone go this location multiple times trying to give it another chance but this by far the worst chipotle Ive been to. It always looks like it needs to be picked up and they are always out of things. Today I went in after I had a rough day to give it another shot and I was getting a chicken bowl. They were out of chicken and steak and a handful of other things and didn’t even let me know till I got to that part of my order. I felt force to buy a bowl I didn’t really want cause the workers didn’t let me know they were out of things.

  Worst place to go. Walked in, stood in line and some guys come in and just walk in front of me and those behind us like we weren’t even there. The people behind the counter say nothing and assist them. I’m up next, the people working just ignore me. Then someone finally asks what I want for meat. Puts it in the dish and slides it to the next station. That person disappears. Comes back and fills stuff - I’m thinking ok now I’ll get my order finished. NOPE. Continues to talk to other associates and do other things. Another person comes over and brings another item to fill (no gloves), also ignores me. Stood there for a good 15 mins. By now I’m looking at my bowl going I’m sure that’s cold now. Still wait - watch the girl go back and clean stuff up and still ignore me. At this point I just left and will NEVER be back!
