The customer service here is unacceptable. The guy that took my order is very rude and touched my food with his bare hands. I will not be returning!

I’m seriously fed up. This is the third time I’ve ordered a large hot Americano and been handed a regular coffee—again charged full price like I wouldn’t notice. I drink this every day, I know what an Americano tastes like, and this is not it. When I bring it up, I get attitude and excuses instead of accountability. Where’s the consistency? Where’s the basic respect for your paying customers? Enough is enough.
