- RNRavi NagarDec 31, 20251.0This location completely ruined my morning while ordering breakfast for my family. I was given mini bagels instead of a breakfast wrap. When I went back to point it out, what upset me the most was the attitude—rather than trying to understand the mistake, the lady at the counter immediately claimed she had given me something “extra,” which was not true. The other breakfast wraps were half burned, and the explanation given was that it was due to “temperature control.” If food is ruined while cooking, it should be thrown away and remade—not passed on to the customer. They did eventually offer to remake the order, but by then I didn’t have the time or patience to go through the process again after the way the situation was handled. To potential customers: I’d recommend going to another location just a few minutes away. If you do order here, double-check your food before leaving, because they won’t.

I order on the app and have food missing or a long wait. It was so bad I ordered it 15 minutes ahead of time on the app and I was still waiting when I got there. I think this location needs some new management ASAP.
