- AMArria MedleyApr 16, 20262.0Corporate this place used to be my favorite burger place until they change the fries Now they put them in the small bag but they still charge you that outrageous high price so I stop going how are you going to charge the same high class price for those little tiny bit of fries they should have left them how they were because you used to get them in a cop and then you had extra fries in the bag and that was amazing that kept people coming all the time to 5 guys they need to do better if they want most of their customers to come back to them

I can’t even scrape the cheese off of it. Wat kind of cheese do yall use. So I paid $16+ for a burger only, no fries that I can’t even EAT!! Thanks a lot!! My one meal out in months and you give me this for $16+ bucks?? Really?? Super super disappointed!! To charge someone that much for burger only it seems management would make sure staff gets order right!
- LBlouis beardApr 1, 20261.0this used to be a great spot but the people they have working the kitchen now are CONSTANTLY bickering and it’s really messing with the food and the quality. i place an online order every time i go and it says it’s ready, im usually a few minutes LATE picking it up (5-10) and when i get there i have to wait another 5-15 minutes because the employees are arguing and not cooking. i’ve had burgers made entirely wrong and gotten attitude for wanting it corrected, i just left and the manager was standing in the lobby while they bickered and didn’t do a thing about it, ive heard her yell at them but it still happens. just obnoxious and disappointing. smh.

The Cheeseburger was perfectly prepared and delicious and the fries were fresh cut potatoes. I thoroughly enjoyed my food. I will definitely be ordering from there again.
