  terrible management. you can see when a store is slow but they ignore service for whatever reason? yeah it’s always happening here. get ur act together 🤦

  Tonight was a terrible experience for me at Wendy's. I had intended to place a takeout order. When it was finally my turn to order, the manager told me to wait (I am certain it was the manager's voice, as he had already left a very poor impression on me). After waiting for quite a long time, I called out "Hello," but his response was one of annoyance; he simply wanted me to keep waiting. I remained patient and continued to wait, despite the stormy weather outside and the fact that the restaurant wasn't even busy. However, when he finally did take my order, he raised his voice at me simply because he hadn't heard what I said clearly. I am a paying customer who waited in stormy weather, only to be met with his hostility. I decided not to make a purchase, and I will not be returning from now on. No matter how delicious a restaurant's food may be, if the staff is poor, even the best dishes become unappetizing.
