  This is the worst McD in the area. The fries are never fully cooked here (raw in the middle and hard), and last time I got my to-go order a sandwich was missing a bun. How does that happen.

  I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, but my most recent visit a few months ago will probably be my last. It used to be a 3–4-star experience, but over time, the food quality has gone down while prices have increased. Customer service also used to be better, but now it feels slower despite similar crowd levels, and the place feels less lively overall.

  Fish sandwich was warm, not hot according to Stephanie the manager claims that the food was warm when it was prepared, but once you get to the window, you now get cold food, I asked for a refund . Representative at the window claim she can only give you hot food, one time only, ridiculous service

  I ordered at the kiosk because the male cashier was taking too long. Then when I received my food. It was wrong. So I told the male cashier my sandwich was wrong and he gave the sandwich to the employees in the back, they took the sandwich box opened it up and was talking over it, passing it around to multiple employees, I then told them to make it over, because are you serious? Passing the sandwich around and just talking over it is crazy work! Long story short, the male guy at the front cashier is very argumentative and has bad customer service!!!! Oh by the way, I paid for a double Fish filet with added pickles, They gave me a single fish with no pickles.
