I went through the drive-thru and waited an unreasonably long time, only to be treated with a rude and dismissive attitude by the employee. There was zero professionalism or basic courtesy. My order was wrong even though I clearly explained how I wanted it, and when I pointed out the mistake, the employee did not care at all—no apology, no attempt to fix it, nothing. This location seriously lacks customer service, attention to detail, and respect for customers. A complete waste of time. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone.

The staff was rude and abusive, showing no respect toward customers. No one is asking for anything for free; people pay for a service and expect to be treated with respect. I do not recommend buying from this place. I hope the owner can see this review, because this type of staff seriously harms the business. If they don’t want to work, they should leave the job to people who actually want to do it right.
