I actually come back to Wheaton sometimes just to stop in here, because I like this location better than one much closer to my house.

I ordered mild seasoning and they gave me no seasoning on my chicken, the Mac and cheese just tasted like plastic with seasoning (they put seasoning on the Mac and cheese but not the chicken I actually asked it on?), didn’t give the correct dressing I ordered, and gave me an expired Pepsi that was expired August 2025. It’s October. Food in itself tasted so stale, dry, no warmth, like it’s been sitting out in room temperature for hours. Not sure if this was just a bad day or what but being given expired soda speaks a lot to how they run and handle the food back there. Edit: In response to their response, I do want to clarify a few things. I understand mistakes happen, but the main concern wasn’t just the order mix up, it was being given an expired beverage that was still available for purchase. Regardless of who the distributor is, it’s ultimately the restaurant’s responsibility to ensure what’s being sold or served is within date. The “water” I selected after returning the expired soda wasn’t compensation, it was simply the only option i could choose after almost picking another soda and seeing it was expired too. Once again, this reflects the kitchens professionalism. Water was the only thing I felt comfortable accepting after that experience. As for the order details, I acknowledge if the seasoning was selected incorrectly on my end, but that doesn’t change the fact that the food lacked flavor and tasted stale upon pickup, which is my opinion and why it disappointed my experience further along side everything else. I’m glad feedback is being reviewed, but I’d encourage a more understanding tone when addressing customer concerns rather than shifting blame onto guests your “beverage provider”. I wrote this review so other customers make sure to check their drinks expiration before leaving. This is also to help your location avoid product safety issues for future customers. Thanks.
