My 4yr old nephew and sister were holding christmas hats, excited to buy it, a few feet from me in the pasta isle. They come to me upset that a worker snatched the hat out his hands, and I assume the worker heard me comfort him, and returned the hat. This was very unpleasant as hispanic people in the community, I dont want to say its racially motivated but overall ive never had this happen to me, and it hurt to have my nephew upset.
- MEMENA EAFZNov 18, 20251.0I have bad custumer service at this location on Nov 18 around 2045hrs i got some bakery and wanted to check out with a cashier but I was turned away by the cashier saying I have to buy multiple items to check out with them while there is no line... then went to self checkout and left ,Not a good demeanor ..left quietly.. called back later ...after I calmed down.. but then worse ,the custumer representative hang up on me twice with out let me finish my complaint....wow what a team 👏 🙌
