    Quick service. Quality of food was better than some other locations. And the staff (mainly Olivia, Valeria, & Gigi) provided great customer service.

    I’ve gone to this chipotle twice, and got food poisoning BOTH times. Do not eat from here unless you wanna be on the toilet for a day. 💔

    Genuinely the worst chipotle ever. The works are so rude and forget so many things I asked for. I had to go back in and ask them to put it in and they kept giving me attitude. I never met people who hate their job that much. Saying this, even though you hate your job you shouldn’t be giving attitude to the customers. The chipotle at Wheaton mall is the closest chipotle to me and I’ve been going there for a couple of years now. Over the past 2-3 years there customer service went down tremendously. Honestly, just don’t go to this chipotle because you will probably have the worst experience ever.

    I generally go the old Georgetown location which is a 5 star. They are nice and prepare the food to your liking. I went to this location as I was at Costco and I won’t be going ever again. The ladies making the food barely said a word, gave me attitude and was giving me less portions on everything I asked for. I also was told there was no vinaigrette when I clearly saw it there. A blatant lie. I never have any issues with my order at chipotle except for this place. Also they forgot to put my tortilla in the bag that was right next to it. I will not be returning here. Unpleasant experience which is shocking as I’m just ordering food.

    Horrible costumer service, only one person at the line, while one other employee just acting like she was busy to basically not help , the cashier no where to be found . Go to the Kensington location is better .
