    I generally go the old Georgetown location which is a 5 star. They are nice and prepare the food to your liking. I went to this location as I was at Costco and I won’t be going ever again. The ladies making the food barely said a word, gave me attitude and was giving me less portions on everything I asked for. I also was told there was no vinaigrette when I clearly saw it there. A blatant lie. I never have any issues with my order at chipotle except for this place. Also they forgot to put my tortilla in the bag that was right next to it. I will not be returning here. Unpleasant experience which is shocking as I’m just ordering food.

    Horrible costumer service, only one person at the line, while one other employee just acting like she was busy to basically not help , the cashier no where to be found . Go to the Kensington location is better .

    Management needs to get these guys on some kind of cleaning schedule. The benches had trash all over them, food all over the floor, and trash cans overflowing. Please do better.

    The beans were hard and undercooked. The food was flavorless. The restaurant was dark... but the service was friendly. Would never ever eat there again. Total waste of 35 dollars!
