  This Pizza Hut lacked servers. It was basically deserted. We were told to order at the carry out and they would bring food to the dining room. There were ants crawling on the table. The pizza and breadsticks were very good.

  Shout out to Rachel! My order was delivered and was not what I ordered.. Rachel was very apologetic and made things right. I appreciate it so much as I really needed my thin and crispy pizza tonight😀

  We love this Pizza Hut in Westminster. We eat there when we are in the area. I read these last few reviews and people need to realize that after covid the franchise did not let Pizza Huts have wait staff at any of there Pizza Huts in the dinning rooms anymore. And at one point you could not even eat in at the tables. (only carryout) But now you can at least eat-in in the dinning room. We do every time we go they will bring the pizza out to you after you order at the carryout but they dont have any wait staff to wait on you so just eat your pizza and enjoy. If you need anything just go the the carryout and ask they are happy to help. Great place to have a get together but you need to understand its pretty much on your own in the dinning room. The pizza is great and great parking we look forward going when we are in Westminster. A lot of Pizza Huts have closed in Maryland. Glad this one is still open. I DO MISS the once busy pizza huts with the wait staff. Wish they would hire wait staff again it was such a great job for young people.

  This place doesn’t even deserve a 1. We left before we even sat down. The restaurant was empty yet every table and the floor was dirty. Crumbs everywhere. Greasy fingerprints on the tables. When we walked in there wasn’t any staff we had to go to the carry out counter and waited for someone to come over. She said we would order there at the carry out and then she would bring the food out. She was rude. This is sad because this Pizza Hut used to be great.

  Every time visit this location I’m greeted with a friendly smile! The accurate and yummy pizza is just a plus! Rachel is extremely helpful and accommodating and even helped get my order to my car when my two year old had a melt down.(Just toddler things) Thank you Rachel and staff at Westminster Pizza Hut!
