    This store needs a NEW STORE MANAGER. Wait times are way to long for 3 people waiting for food. We shouldn't have to wait 20 mins for our food. This is the store managers fault. This store needs help badly. On top of that the workers are moving like there's nothing to do.

    Part of my drive through order was 2 beef Meximelts. They just rolled some pico de gallo in 2 cold tortillas. No meat...no cheese. Here's the best part... I call to try and get it worked out... Guy on the phone tells me he's the manager. When I asked his name, he says he doesn't give it out over the phone. Whaaaa???? Anyway...The Taco Bell, on Baltimore Blvd in Westminster has really gone to 💩 This isn't the first time we've had a problem with an order and experienced total indifference from a "manager" there. I definitely recommend avoiding this place!!! They stopped caring awhile ago.
