  We visited here for a quick treat. My husband got a hot fudge milkshake and I got a turtle truffle nut blast. My husband received a cup with Hot fudge in the bottom of the cup and the dairy product the rest of the way up the cup. It looked like it hadn't even been blended. I received a cup of vanilla dairy product with about a teaspoon of the candies on the bottom and the top. Nothing in between but dairy product. Again it looked like it had not been blended. I immediately went back to the lady who waited on us. She looked like she could have possibly been a manager. I mentioned it to her that we have gotten these other items at other sonics before and they were always blended. I asked if we could at least get them mixed a bit more than what we were given which was nothing more than a cup full of vanilla dairy product with the topping at the bottom and or top. She simply said " that's how we make it" . Interestingly When we were there she gave another couple their order. They said thank you very much and she didn't even answer them. In addition the condiment station was barely stocked. I'm not quite sure how much they care about customer satisfaction. Last time visiting there

  Worst decision of the day short angry manager if you hate your job go find another one cursed at me in Spanish which btw I speak fluently we will advise our customers of the way she and her business operate btw she was mad because the doors were locked at 1:15 in the afternoon and a customer actually wanted to spend money with them :) Thought it couldn’t get worse contacted corporate they said theres a staffing issue here wow wonder why lol
