Have to dispute the charge through credit card company as I can't get my money back any other way. In store department manager is no help for this issue. If you place an online order and they don't have everything they don't refund the money you get over charged for unless you fight them for it.

A handful of times in the past year my order wasn’t ready within the hour pick up window so I had to go into the store, cancel the order, and shop for the items. This issue isn’t isolated to snow storms or anything understandable. It happens at random. I have three small kids and a nap schedule to keep so this is really an issue for me. I can’t trust them to have my order ready so from now on I’ll be going to Giant for my orders. I’m sure I’ll get things from them once in a while if Giant doesn’t have something but a majority of my grocery orders(and money) will be going to Giant.
