  My mom, Doris Anderson placed an order yesterday.For delivery and for some reason, the website changed it to pick up.I didn't realize this until the food was done. Oh that's not the best part. She wore a hamburger, well done. Nothing was well done about it except for the outside edge , the whole inside was pink almost rare. She ordered french fries with her hamburger , which was greasy. She ordered a blooming onion did not get the bloomin onion sauce and was really really crazy. The only thing good about the whole order was by salad was perfect.

  We have never had an issue with other locations. My husband and I decided to go to this location a couple of weeks ago. My husband ordered the fish which he said was very good however I ordered their bone in ribeye cooked medium. What I received was a very tough over cooked steak. Very disappointing. The very friendly and helpful waitress did apologize and offer to have it remade. Personally, I NEVER return my food to the kitchen for a remake due to potential food tampering by butthurt kitchen staff. The manager offered nothing but lip service and the excuse that his staff wouldn't tamper with food because the owner was in house. So what that tells me is that if the owner wasn't in house they would tamper with food??? I was never offered the option to take this off of my bill either so I took it home to my dogs. The real kicker is when the kitchen staff (guessing the cook) had the gull to come into the dining area to check out who had complained about the food... Yes, I noticed him causally walk out into the dining area just past my table, stood there for a nano second turned around and went back into the kitchen.. Come on dude so obvious especially the way you looked at me.... I'm thinking good call not to have had the steak remade. We also ordered desserts to go. Neither of which we ate because when we got home one of them looked like it was dropped on the floor.

  First time be here. The food is good and price reasonable. The service is good ,so does the atmosphere. They have more room and the light compare to the other steak house. I will come back again

  This is my 2nd time visiting this location, and the 2nd time was a MUCH better experience. We were seated with no wait, and our server was very sweet and attentive. Ordered a NY Strip but when it came out they had brought a ribeye. The server took it back and they quickly made the correct one. Then the manager came over and apologized and comped the meal which was unexpected and unnecessary but appreciated. Overall a good experience!

  My boyfriend and I have not been to Outback for some time. We decided to go last night (12/15/25) and we are so glad we did. The staff was amazing, especially Justin (our server). Everyone was so attentive to our order and everything we ordered was perfect. We shared the Sydney Shrooms, which were amazing. I ordered the Queensland Chicken and Shrimp and my boyfriend had a sirloin steak with fries and side salad. Both entries were perfectly prepared. This location is a gem and I highly recommend this location for your next visit.
