The result is it is bland And hardly has any flavor. Forget about creaminess. Truly unfortunate , because they are denigrating the dairy queen name. The dairy queen in sykesville , is far superior. And I do find that Dairy Queen has very high prices compared to other soft.Serve ice cream locations. I do wish they had some type of quality control. But, evidently dairy queen does not because the quality varies from location to location quite substantially.

However I was a little let down when we asked if they still served the ice cream with these certain toppings (was asking for a friend) and the response we got was direct and quick. Not a lot of customer service in their reply. We (group of us) tried to ask additional questions and were told that what we were asking for was probably offered before they were around … like they meant before they were born😂. I wouldn’t say I was offended and in a different conversation it would have been funny. They weren’t trying to be funny. So, I would say that their customer service could use a little polishing. These were young adults, 20’s so I get it, everyone is old but let’s just stick to the ice cream.
