  Don't order a burrito unless you want a sloppy mess crumpled up in a tortilla. No attempt to actually roll the burrito into a burrito was made. A complete waste of money since I couldn't pick the thing up without all of the food falling out of the burrito since it wasn't rolled at all, just mashed together and crumpled up in a tortilla and tin foil.

  The service here is subpar. The woman who made my chicken bowl was quite sloppy. The presentation of the food was unappealing. Rather than building the bowl with pride, she slung spoonfuls of rice, corn, beans, and chicken into a bowl and slid it down the line. I wasn't expecting a sloppy bowl of food. Most of us eat with our eyes. Let's just say a coworker of mine was awarded a free meal. As always, he was tickled pink to have a free lunch coming his way.

  Chipotle is great but if you can avoid this location at all cost or at least don't do online orders they are consistently incorrect and portions are inadequate in comparison to other stores but im leaving this review because the last time I went there my order was 30 minutes late sucks but not the worst all 4 items in my order were wrong bad but as a final fu I get a few miles away only to find out two of my almost $20 bowls literally only have rice and cheese on them $70wasted what a joke please read my other reviews I am not a complainer, and hate leaving bad reviews but this location is terrible and needs to do better

  Stopped by the Westminster location to get my go to bowl (white rice, half chicken, half steak, cheese and lettuce). The rice is absolutely inedible. I don’t know if they over or under cooked it but every bite is crunchy and flavorless. For a $25 meal you’d think they’d learn to cook rice correctly. This is not a one time thing with this location either. I work in Westminster and love chipotle but this location seems to drop the ball someway some-how every time (usually it’s the rice). Hopefully once the Hampstead location opens they’re trained on how to correctly cook rice and to not cut corners because for a restaurant to have rice as the backbone of their menu it NEEDS to be cooked correctly. The best thing out of this meal is the points I got to go to a better location.

  I love Chipotle but this location is always out of something and the food area is always a mess. Today they were out of cheese and the lady waiting on me said they were out of steak, even though there was steak on the grill. The young man making the steak spoke up and said the steak would only be a few minutes. The lady waiting on me acted like she was upset that I was waiting. They have been out of steak several times, cheese, forks, corn and sour cream in my past visits. Very disappointed every time I go so I typically avoid this location unless someone in my family really wants it, then I rarely get something for myself
