I don’t know if they’re using old bagels or can’t cook them right but they are extremely chewy/ stiff. Coffee cake muffin was dry as sawdust. 1 ⭐️

But I’m not here to talk about that, I just wanted to forewarn anybody that wants to come here between the hours of 6 AM and 10 AM. This specific location for some reason takes an egregious amount of time to get orders out, it doesn’t matter if you’re in the actual store or in the drive through line outside. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or they don’t have a great system in the back of the house; but if you plan on going on any morning it’s going to be at least 20 to 30 minutes carved out of your time. Everything else is great!

It's very simple and most other dunkin's seem to get it right. Medium vanilla iced coffee, 3 cream, 2 vanilla, 1 sugar. I repeat it several times for them and each time they just put whatever they want in there. Never comes out right. Probably won't be stopping at this location ever again.
