  Jeez people, it’s post-covid. Order online, hit the drive through. Food ready on time and employees are friendly. If anything the food is ready ahead of schedule and needs to be put back in the oven. Only 4 stars because it’s still just pizza hut.

  I tried to call in a triple pizza box order today on 1/15/26. Only to be met with a rude employee. She sounded as if I was bothering her to place said order. And then she went back and forth with me about the triple box pizza THAT IS ON THEIR WEBSITE. She was telling me that they don't do it. Well, YOUR website says you do. And even if you don't, there was ZERO reason for you to be rude. Never again will Walkersville Pizza Butt get any money from me. Very poor customer service.

  Arrived at 6pm only to find a note on the door stating lobby closed. Pls use drive through. I specifically drove to this location to eat inside as several pizza hut locations are takeout only. Not a very good way to do business. Hours listed should be honored as well as dine in service during operating hours.

  I'm sorry that it's boring atmosphere and the staff doesn't hurry. They don't have enough staff. I've been waiting for a pizza for more than 20 minutes. I had to cancel it because I wouldn't wait any longer. I had almost half an hour waiting horrible what happened to me I played the machine and it stole me I played three times the machine doesn't grab the dolls only the soba it's a joke
