- NBNaty BerhaneMar 31, 20261.0On March 31st at 8:45 PM I had a dinner in this outback by myself, sat on a bar. The bartender named Sean has been UNBELIEVABLY rude, condescending and seems he really did not want to be there. The restaurant was not busy but I had to beg to be even acknowledged for half an our. I asked another kind waiter for a menu. After that other waiter took my order, Sean got me an absolutely different beer than I ordered (seemingly on purpose). When I pointed out that that was not a kind of beer I ordered, he was irritable and without acknowledging his mistake or apologizing for it he threw out the beer he brought and poured the correct one with the same irritable attitude. After my dinner, when it was time to pay I had to beg him for a check. Without even acknowledging that I needed a check he just printed out a chick and threw the check and a POS tablet for me to pay with the same attitude that gave me an impression to get the hell out of there. So sad the system FORCED me to top him. I did the minimum tip and left WITHOUT finishing my meal. This is THE WORST experience that I ever had in any restaurant. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

We ordered an appetizer (wings) that came out with our food. The dressing had congealed and changed colors from sitting under the heat lamp. Fries were old and greasy. Employees were arguing in the bar area. We asked for the manager (Phil) he never came over. Overall a poor customer service experience at the Waldorf Maryland location.
