The first time I ordered from this particular location, I chalked the mistakes up to a one-off issue. My usual order is a Tropical Dragon Passion with a shot of probiotic and energizer, plus a chai oatmeal bowl. I placed my order online for in-store pickup and was surprised to find it sitting out in the pickup box instead of being kept in a fridge, as I’ve seen at other locations. On top of that, the probiotic wasn’t blended into the smoothie—it was poured on top, exactly like my previous order from a few weeks ago. At this point, it’s clear this is how this location operates. I’m disappointed in the consistency and care of preparation, and unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from this location again.
