They bought out two well done, one blue rare, and one rare. The manager said to them that she doesn't know where they could go to get a steak medium well. She didn't want to comp her but finally relented. She was rude as if it was not their responsibility to cook the food as ordered by the customer. Also, they waited over an hour and a half for their food. Don't patronize this restaurant unless you want terrible service.

The wait was long even with being on the waitlist online, and was told it would still be about a 45 minute wait once we checked in at the selected time. Once we sat down and got our order in it took maybe 20 minutes for the 6oz and fries to come out.. even after us receiving food the server didn’t notice we were missing silverware.. asked for ketchup and A1, yet the steak house is out of… you guessed it A1 Steak Sauce! And that 6oz needed it. The music was loud at times and you could barely hear at the table because everyone at the bar was laughing and talking over the music!! You have a Veterans Day event with older patrons and loud music, that doesn’t make too much sense

When I stepped into where I thought the pick up counter was, this Lady, who seemed to be the “manager” shooed me away like I’m some kind of animal. If you don’t like your job in costumer service find another job. Avoid this place at all cost. If managers act that way I can’t imagine what goes on in the kitchen.
