  Just because it's new doesn't mean it's good. They just opened and I was excited because it's so close to my home. But I'll continue going to the other McDonald's near me. Every time i have went to this new McDonald's something is always wrong. It's coming from the staff not active listening and moving too fast to where they aren't even able to deliver premium customer service. I wasn't going to write a review until now, this morning was the 3rd strike for me. I paid $46 for breakfast and a piece of hair was in my drink, and one of my sandwiches was wrong. The crazy part is that I spoke so slowly and clearly when placing my order. So for them to still get something wrong is crazy to me. Each time I've been there are always the same ppl. Different shift times, so I'm not sure if it's because they are short staffed or what. Coming to write this review and seeing that someone else is having the same issue as I have been lets me know im not making stuff up in my mind. When my breakfast was wrong today, the manager, Spanish lady with blonde hair, back in a ponytail, a thick build with medium length nails was so rude and unpleasant. I work in customer support so I know things can become frustrating but the way she handled me was just unacceptable. I pray this Mc Donald's can make a good turn around. I understand it's still early days, but something's are inexcusable.

  I’ve been here 4 times since they opened and they haven’t even been open 3 months and every time I go LITERALLY EVERYTIME I’ve either had to wait a extended time for my food or my food was wrong
