    Ordered ahead for School Band fundraiser. The donuts were ready as promised. Appreciated the quick turn around.

    I placed an order of the day before and when I arrived at 8:30 in the morning to pick up my order I was told that the truck was late and they hadn't been able to start making donuts yet. They said come back in about an hour and a half which I did and then I was told that they wouldn't have the donuts for my order until around 12:30 so I came back at 12:30. They did not have my donuts ready at 12:30 and told me it would be a few more hours. I went back just before 6:00 p.m. 10 hours after my order was supposed to be ready and they hadn't made my order. He had to call the manager to confirm that I had an order because he said the orders only stay up for 10 minutes and then they go away. So I received my order finally 10 hours later and no apologies were made. The people were pleasant, but no one apologized, no one gave me anything as a consolation for having to wait 10 hours to receive an order that I paid for the day before.
