  Decided to give this place a shot as a first timer. Had high hopes as the menu was very diverse and the pictures online looked great, but unfortunately the execution failed on many fronts. The cornbread was hard, like inedible hard. The steak and cheese featured soggy bread with a side of limp lukewarm fries, and the jerk chicken was a poor imitation of jerk flavor, as the best word I could use to describe it was lifeless. On the bright side, the employee was friendly and the food was ready on time, so at least there was that. Unfortunately, this was a total miss so my first time will also be my last time.

  We tried to order thru InstaCart with partner’s bank card. Rejected both thru InstaCart. I had to go into this site to order with my card and it did go thru. It tries to make you use ApplePay, would not work. Very irritating!

  Working with Katie and the Grille13 team was such a wonderful experience for our June 2025 wedding! From the very beginning, Katie was incredibly punctual, responsive, and so easy to communicate with. She took the time to understand our vision, budget, and dietary restrictions, and worked closely with us to create a menu that fit perfectly. The day of the wedding, everything ran seamlessly. The Grille13 staff was not only professional but genuinely kind and attentive to every detail—our guests are still raving about how friendly and efficient the team was! And the food… absolutely amazing. Every dish came out fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What really stood out was how accommodating Katie was throughout the process. She offered helpful suggestions, stayed within our budget, and made sure that even our guests with dietary restrictions felt included and cared for. It made all the difference. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience. If you’re considering Grille13 for your event, do it—you’ll be in great hands with Katie and her incredible team!
