  This store has to have the slowest pharmacy drive thru line in existence. I had to hit the call button twice to get someone to answer. Then it took awhile to get my meds. Once Insent my credit card to them for payment , they had the card for five min before I hit the call button again to find out what was the delay. Another person said that the one helping me was helping two in store customers. What? Why didn’t he process my payment before helping someone else? I was there so long the car behind me backed out and pulled along side me to ask if I’d even been helped bc he thought the drive thru was closed. After I left, I contacted the store to issue a complaint, and guess what? After being told I would be transferred to the store manager, I was put on hold for several minutes. After awhile I just gave up and hung up. I only get one particular med here bc it’s cheaper than at my regular pharmacy. But after this I’m finding another place to get my meds.

  Their order online and pick up is a joke. Says to be here between 3 and 4 got here a 330 took 10 mins to wait for someone to open up the number space everyone parks in them and goes shopping then I call it rings for 3 mins then the operator picks up says they are behind and they hang up I call back at 4 waiting 15 mins. Lady picks up says she doesn't have my order and please wait. Still on hold at 413. If you can't manage that part of the business don't offer it. Save your self the agitation and just shop for your self
