  I enjoyed my 1st cheesesteak from here. Full, juicy good taste. Tonight I ordered the same cheesesteak & was very disappointed. Dry, salty & not enough meat. French fries raw tasting/under cooked. Not sure I'd order from here a 3td time.

  Do not order from this place Today Jan 13th I placed a delivery order received confirmation that the order was delivered but was not at my door I verified that the address i entered was correct "it was" then attempted to call the store for explanation only to find out they dont have a working phone number.I am unable to receive a refund because I ordered directly from charleys. I will be reversing the transaction with my bank..

  Great Philly sub !! I always enjoy the chicken Philly and their strawberry lemonade . Their customer service could improve but other than that I enjoyed my lunch!

  I ordered a 10 piece boneless special, lemon pepper rub and what they gave me was absolute trash, edible highly disappointed in this establishment. They were overcooked hard rubbery absolutely unable to eat. I’ve tried to call on five occasions. The number doesn’t go through and I will ask you just like my money back, but I drove all the way home wasted my money..

  Make sure to check your food before you leave. Ordered a chicken Philly with everything. Got home and it was nothing on the sandwich but chicken and cheese. Called the store 6 times and received no answer. Mind you all staff was just standing around with nothing really to do so the fact that no one answered the phone is crazy to me. Smh
