  Had an amazing experience thanks to Nancy! From the moment I walked in, she provided top-tier customer service: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure everything was perfect with my order and went above and beyond to create a great experience. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that much pride in their work. Nancy truly made my visit stand out. I’ll definitely be back because of her!

  Not the friendliest Cava, but the food is always outstanding. They don't ask if you want the side of pita that is kinda a standard option at the NoVa locations so I had to ask twice. Eventually having to get back in line to ask again. I'll still go back cause it's the only location in that area. Wish they would open one in Prince Frederick, MD or even better, Dunkirk.

  I recently visited Cava and had a great experience overall. Everything tasted fresh and the flavors were balanced. Restaurant was clean, well organized, and had a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you Luis for your excellent customer services.

  This is the best CAVA I’ve ever eaten at… and we are frequent fliers! The food is always very fresh and delicious and the line is always immaculate, but it’s the employees that really make all the difference. They are always kind, helpful and smiling. I highly recommend this CAVA to anyone in the area!

  While visiting Cava for my lunch, I ordered my bowl. The workers helped me with no problems. As my food when up the line, the manager Luis started to assist with the toppings. It seemed as though he wasn’t having a good day at the moment but he handled my order. As we got to the dressings, I asked for extra sauce on top. It wasn’t extra in my opinion but I didn’t say anything. There were customers paying in front of me so I waited. As I waited I spotted a premade sauce in a cup ( as if it was made for someone but they didn’t take it). So I politely asked the manager if it was still good to use because I wasn’t sure how long it was sitting out. He looked at me irritated as said yes aggressively. I asked if he could put it with my order. He then says to me “ You have enough in your bowl”. Again, when I normally get my bowls and I ask for extra sauce the servers give me extra but this time wasn’t extra. I didn’t say anything at the time because he looked visibly irritated. So I said I would like that one added to to my order. The manager then says “ I’m going to have to charge you extra for it”. I began to get irritated and said that’s fine and he told the cashier to charge me extra. The cashier was very polite and thanked me for coming. I was upset that the manager acted like that but the employees were pleasant. To act that way in front of your employees is not the best example. It was never about me paying an additional fee because I didn’t mind that but to tell me that I had enough when I asked for additional sauce in a side cup really rubbed me the wrong way. I am super big on customer service and I get having a bad day but if I am patronizing your store and I’m paying and I ask for something I shouldn’t get attitude. Especially if I am not the cause of you being upset.
