- IEI spy with my little eye5 days ago4.0I like this Panera Bread location overall. The food is fresh, tasty, and consistent, and it’s a nice spot to grab a quick meal or coffee. The atmosphere is comfortable and convenient. However, I do think the staff could use a bit more training to improve efficiency and customer service. With a little more attention to detail, this location could easily be 5 stars. Overall, still a good experience and I’ll be back.

As an immigrant with black hair, I couldn’t help but feel that this played a role. Regardless, my money is worth the same as anyone else’s. I’d rather buy a cold soup at the supermarket than return to this place.

From the very first bite, the saltiness was overwhelming and I couldn’t continue eating it. It honestly tasted like an excessive amount of salt had been added. Panera Bread is usually known for offering healthier, well balanced food, so this was very disappointing. I was planning to share it with my father, but I didn’t feel comfortable giving it to him because he has high blood pressure, and food this salty could easily raise it. I hope this was just a one-time mistake, but quality control especially with seasoning really matters.
